Matt Adler

Matt was born and raised in Baton Rouge, received a Bachelors Degree in Marketing at LSU and a Masters of Science in Global Business from Pepperdine University. Matt met Kinesics’ founder, Jerry, when he was just 12 years old. He made full-body wellness and functional movement a priority while training with Jerry’s team through high school athletics. Matt made his way to Southern California for graduate school, where he found a passion for helping entrepreneurs make world-class businesses out of great ideas. It was easy to convince him to move back home to Baton Rouge when Jerry explained the mission and vision of Kinesics.

He joined the Kinesics team as Director of Revenue and Finance in Spring 2019. His biggest accomplishment was the successful closing of its first large-scale employer contract, now servicing over 10,000 employees annually. In early 2020, Matt made the transition to CEO, focusing on understanding operations in the new COVID era and increasing efficiency in Kinesics’ services line. Creeping into his 2nd year as CEO, he is excited to expand the tech development and sales teams and bring Kinesics’ expertise in human movement to the world market.
